Structural Fix

This project began with a call to inspect a subfloor that was soft in several areas. Upon inspection, we discovered that only two of the floor joists were still in good condition. We replaced the compromised joists while keeping the interior walls intact. Once the structural work was complete, we installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and reinstalled the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and fixtures. This transformation turned the space into a safe and beautiful home."
