My family and I were very pleased by the work we had done by Remodel Max. Shout out to Wayne, Dennis, Madison, Mitch, Brennen (sp?), and Nick.

I was seeing signs in our 75 year old house that indicated to me that the house might have been sinking, so we called out several contractors to inspect our foundation. My husband and I were out of our element. We suspected there was something very wrong with the house, but we didn’t know to what extent there was (or wasn’t) damage, we didn’t know what it would take to get each issue fixed, and we had no idea how much it would cost.

I asked each contractor to bring a structural engineer along for the inspection, and Wayne was the only one who was willing to accommodate my request. The other contractors either felt that I needed to get my own structural engineer (to create a design that they could bid on), or that our situation didn’t warrant a blueprint design of any kind - which gave us the impression they were just going to “wing it.”

We really felt our situation required a contractor to work in tandem with a structural engineer from the start. We did not feel comfortable hiring our own structural engineer to create a design that the contractor could potentially disregard halfway through repairs. It felt too risky for us to do a Design-Bid-Build contract. We wanted someone invested from start to finish. Afterall, this was not just a bathroom remodel, a hardscape, nor just an addition. It was an exceedingly complicated repair to the structural integrity of my existing home.

Wayne was the only contractor who could see the extent to which our first floor joists and main triple beam were deteriorating, was able to list the myriad of serious issues we had, and in each way it needed to be repaired correctly. He was very thorough in his inspection before even talking about an estimate with hard numbers. It required 2 visits to the house, and paying a “Good Faith” fee for the structural engineer’s time before we were able to get an estimate - But that’s how it works with structural engineers, and we were grateful to have someone taking our situation as seriously as it truly was.

The repairs to the house required us to move out of our house while Wayne’s crew rebuilt our entire first floor, including jacking up and re-leveling the house. It was arguably one of the most difficult tasks they may have taken on. It required jacking up our second story, while demolishing the first floor floor, the joists, the triple beam and replacing it all. Think about it: How do you replace the first floor of a house without the second floor crashing down on top of you? How do you do it while leaving the second floor completely intact?

Mitch and his crew handled it well, to put it lightly. Each one of them went the extra mile and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. It took a lot of coordination between many people for us to move out and have the house ready for Mitch and his crew to get started. They were all extremely communicative, professional, and down-to-earth. We felt confident in their abilities throughout the repairs, and we are confident our new first floor will last us another 100 years.

We had Remodel Max renovate two bathrooms and a kitchen. I would highly recommend the team at Remodel Max and would absolutely use them for future home projects.

We would highly recommend RemodelMax! Wayne, Dennis, and their team did more than a renovation of our home - they basically rebuilt our house and made it our family home. We were very nervous for the process, but Wayne and Dennis walked us every step of the way. We are big on communication, and so was RemodelMax which speaks volumes (pun intended). Every project has unforeseen issues and when ours occurred they, again, walked us through each item and navigated it together. I know for a fact that our home today would not be close to what it is now without the team at RemodelMax. Attached is a picture of our project, and yes, it is the same house (or least 2 studs and the foundation :) ). Highly recommend RemodelMax through and through!

I hired Remodel Max to add a master bath to my home. When Wayne & Dennis came out to assess the job, I found them to be very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. The project was started on time and finished in a reasonable time. Were there bumps in the road as the project progressed? Yes. But they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and went out of their way to accommodate my wants. I really appreciated that. Mitch and his crew did a very good job with the construction and installation of shower tile, flooring, etc.. Would I hire them again? Absolutely.

Remodel Max, LLC did an excellent job with our basement. Dennis, Mitch and the crew demonstrated professionalism and delivered quality work. They were easy to work with and had excellent ideas regarding the layout that my wife and I didn’t even consider at the start. Not only did they restore the basement after a broken water main, they added a full bathroom and enhanced the living space. We highly recommended them for anyone looking for reliable contractors at a fair price, and we will absolutely call them for future projects.

We hired Remodel Max to demo our old deck and build a brand new deck/screened porch combo. I had quotes from a few companies, but as soon as I saw their reference photos, my gut told me I had to go with them. Throughout the entire process they were very easy to work with, providing any samples we needed and presenting us multiple design options at different price points. They then executed that design to (and I do not say this lightly) perfection, with high quality materials and expert craftsmanship. Do not overlook the high quality material comment--they recommended finishes that I would not have not known to use, and I am so grateful for it. Not only that, but all of the building materials were in great shape and I do not doubt that they have created a very sturdy, durable deck. The crew worked hard every day and were all very respectful. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we are with the final product, and I genuinely feel so relieved that I chose Remodel Max. Our porch/deck is by far the nicest part of our house, and everyone that steps onto it is equally as amazed. They'd be my first and only recommendation for anyone looking for a contractor.

The team did a wonderful job on this bathroom remodel! They were detail oriented, efficient, clean, and very resourceful.

I’m not even sure where to begin with Remodel Max. I met with 5 different companies, looking for the best choice for us. I wanted a company with a fantastic reputation. One that could bring a variety of ideas and options to meet our goal. But most importantly, a company that was building OUR bathroom, not their bathroom. Someone who would design and build the bathroom that WE wanted, not that they envisioned, or they thought would look best, or most appealing to them. It was OURS, and we wanted it built for US.
Right from the start, Dennis made it very clear that their goal was to build what WE wanted. He gave us a variety of options and ideas, constantly asked us if we were happy with the functionality of the design, and gave us all of the tools that we needed to design the bathroom that we wanted. They did an outstanding job of preparing the area they would work in to minimize the dust, and kept us informed every step of the way with the project. The crew, Mitch and Brennan, could not have been more professional and accommodating. They do top notch work, and checked with us daily to keep us informed and ask us questions.
The price we felt was reasonable for the work. Sure, we had offers that were less, but it wouldn’t have been the bathroom we were looking for in the end.
We will not hesitate to use Remodel Max again in the future, and I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs anything done.

We hired Remodel Max to do 3 projects at our house simultaneously. We are very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again! Not only did they do a great job, but the team was a pleasure to have around the house. It was the same people every day, so we were able to get comfortable with them and it almost felt weird when they were done and no longer around! We would absolutely recommend Remodel Max for any home remodeling project.

We hired Remodel Max to remodel our basement and kitchen.

Our basement started as a fully unfinished room with dirt floors in some places. We explained that we weren't after a full-on remodel of the basement, just to be brought up to where we could have it be a usable room and also to be able to do laundry down there.

The kitchen job was more of a standard remodel to update the cabinets, floors, etc. We did install concrete counters, which I believe was a first for Remodelmax. It took a couple of tries to get them just right, but we wound up with such a unique situation that I'm still very glad we went that route.

Communication with both Wayne (owner) and Dennis (Project Manager) was excellent. Both were extremely responsive to texts and calls, and took the time to understand and respond quickly to any issues that we had, including after the project had been completed. Our work crew (Mitch and Brennan) were also professional, extremely competent and very easy to work with, indeed.

I hear so many of my friends say what a hard time they've had with home improvement contractors, but I've got to say, while not the cheapest in the area, you really get your money's worth if you go with Remodelmax. I have no doubt that I will involve them in any future home-improvement projects.

Choose Remodel Max and you will have ZERO regrets! While my computer wouldn't upload my before and after pictures, Wayne has them, and you’ll be blown away by his artistry (he takes great pride in his creations!).

Wayne and his crew transformed our backyard disaster (left by another contractor) into a blissful retreat for my wife and me to enjoy in our senior years. The previous contractor sold us an above-ground pool, didn't submit for permits, created an excavation mess, set up the pool, and abandoned the job when it became too complicated.

Wayne couldn't believe the mess he inherited but was confident he could not only fix it but also create a staycation haven for us. He took the time to create several design options and advised us on each one before starting any work. Wayne arranged for excavation, the disassembly and reassembly of a retaining wall, electrical work, fencing, installation of patio pavers, and stairs leading up to an upper deck. This was a massive amount of work in a not-so-large yard.

Throughout the project, Wayne personally inspected the progress and pointed out even the smallest details for the crew to fix. It eased my mind knowing Wayne's meticulous attention was on every detail. He addressed a list of action items before I even had the chance to point them out. No detail was overlooked—cleaning dirt off the neighbor's fence, filling and refilling spaces between pavers, replacing damaged railing, making an above-ground pool look like an in-ground one, adding extra pavers to enhance a finished patio—every small detail was noticed and completed. Wayne communicated constantly, keeping me updated on what was done and what still needed to be finished.

Honestly, I can't think of anything Wayne could do to improve his customers' experiences. He well exceeds expectations.
