Very positive experience with Wayne and his RemodelMax Inc. The project was to add a garage to our house at Cockeysville, MD. Based on good ratings on Web, I selected three local contractors to bid the project. Wayne won the bid. Remodel Max offered fair pricing, qualified experience and excellent track of records in this kind of contract. Before the work started, I had a clear picture of what I expected. From beginning of pulling permit to the end of painting, the project finished on time with good quality. It was really pleasant experience working with Wayne. I definitely recommend Remodel Max.

Our experience was wonderful. We couldn't be happier with the final results of our sunroom. It is absolutely beautiful! It is actually more beautiful than I ever imagined. Our experience with Wayne, the owner of Remodel Max, was great. We feel like we have a new friendship. Wayne always kept us informed of the schedule and was always on top of things. His staff is unbelievable. I often said its like they read each others minds because they work so well together. I can't say enough great things about our experience. We are so happy! We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Out of the three companies who I had visit my rowhome for an estimate, Remodel Max was the only company who could promise to put the bathroom where I wanted it along with my other wishes. In fact, the other two companies said that the bathroom couldn't be placed in the location that I desired it to be. In addition, Remodel Max moved my water and gas pipes to allow me one less bulkhead for much needed extra room. The management and workers are friendly, work hard, and do quality work. I highly recommend Remodel Max, LLC.

The project was great. Not only did they do a great job but they were a great bunch of people to have do the addition. The workers were great to talk to and answered all questions about what they were doing and had no problem taking the time to answer your questions. When they were done for the day they always cleaned up after themsleves and made sure everything was done for the day that they said would be done. Wayne was great always answered my calls and took the time to walk me through each stage of the project to make sure that I knew what was going on for the day and that I had no questions for him. I WAS PLEASANTLY SUPRISED AFTER READING AND HEARING ABOUT ALL THE PROBLEMS OTHER PEOPLE HAD WITH CONTRACTORS I WAS A BIT WORRIED, SINCE THIS IS THE FIRST PROJECT ON MY HOME BOTH MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF ARE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT VERY CONSIDERATE I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT MY KITCHEN AND EVEN SHOWED IT OFF TO MY NEIGHBOURS WHO SAID THEY WILL BE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY FOR REMODELING OF THEIR KITCHEN . The job moved along on schedule and was completed as expected. Wayne was always patient with my questions, explained things as the job progressed, and his subs always appeared when scheduled and did excellent work.

Though there were quite a few "glitches" in the process, the project manager, Wayne, was very helpful, honest and thorough in making sure problems were fixed. He was also very fair when it came to the final cost.

Excellent design and professional talent. Brandon was exceptional informative and paid attention to so many details. Thanks to the whole team. Dennis the project manager was on top of everything, coordinating each stage of construction seamless.

The price was fair, the employees on the sales side were great, and the crew was friendly, open to my suggestions, thorough, and very skilled. I will use this company in the future for any other remodeling needs.

We were so pleased with the first patio Remodel Max did for us we called them back after we installed our pool. The entire team was on point throughout the process making it easy. My husband is a lawn nut, and Wayne and his team went above and beyond to ensure they did whatever they could to maintain his green crush. Loved 🥰 the real-time system they used to post updates. We had our own project page during our project!!! Highly recommend the Remodel Max Team!
