Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future.

My wife and I live in a townhome and wanted to expand our small outdoor living space. We had a small existing deck with no stairs attached to the deck. We contacted Remodel Max to explore the possibilities. We decided to add a platform; stairs to the deck. We all opted for a small EP Henry patio and a vinyl fence. We also boxed in the area under the deck which was basically mud and covered it with a silk screen and white washed stone because it did not receive any sunlight. We knew that it would be a difficult job working in such a confined space considering that we are a center unit but Remodel max made it work! The job took a while with hold ups from the weather, county inspections and HOA. We could not be more please with the quality of workmanship. We have received so many compliments from our neighbor who now describe our little yard as an oasis. I would describe Remodel Max as one stop shopping because they do it all and I mean ALL. Remodel Max obtained all the permits and submissions to the HOA so all we did was basically write a check. We are broke now but will be calling Remodel Max for all of our future projects.

RemodelMax is a great company to have home improvements done! I used them to finish a room in my basement, install a privacy fence around my back yard and install a pavers patio on the back of my home. Wayne Huller was professional and thorough with all of the home improvements we had completed. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for home improvements. Our home renovation project was completed nearly 2 years ago and we are as happy today with the end product as we were then. The reno was extensive, affecting kitchen, living, dining and newly constructed family rooms. New flooring throughout. It's beautiful. When we do the bathroom next year, we plan to use Remodel Max again.

The project was a 3 car garage with a second floor, new kitchen, extended the living room , front entry, mud room and laundry room. Wayne handled each step of this project like it was his own, it gives piece of mind that it will be done the way it should. Wayne and his team were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Remodel Max did a phenomenal job on the kitchen backsplash ( a huge thank you to Ron!!!) and installing a small portion of flooring in our basement. We love it!!!! We recommend Remodel Max. We can’t wait to have them put a small EP Henry patio in our backyard this upcoming Spring.

We have twice used the services of RemodelMax. The first time was for a complete basement-to-roof rebuild of a disaster rowhouse in Baltimore. Wayne always kept his word on that protracted project. The beautiful result always rented in the first couple of showings and sold some twelve years later within the first month. We were completely delighted with our dealings with Wayne and the results he promised were what he delivered. Subsequently, we were the victim of a damaging break-in on that same property, some 11 years later, between tenants. In the process we discovered that a realtor had not reset the alarm and, as a result we lost one major appliance, had two more destroyed as the thieves tried to remove them, and the main floor severely dented by the idiots trying to move the refrigerator to the front door. But, once again, it was Wayne to the rescue. He did us a great favor by coming to take on a job in a tough neighborhood once again. Again, he made all the arrangements, including appliances replacement and the house looked good as new when we immediately put it on the market. When you hire a home improvement contractor there seem to be several things that must be considered and monitored: 1) Will they show up on timeâ ¦ and every time? 2) Will they do the work RIGHT the FIRST time? 3) Will they complete the job FAST (quick resolution)? 4) Will their pricing be fair? 5) Will they try to up-sell during the process? 6) Will their communication be consistently good; and will they be consistently available to me? 7) Will they fix anything that did not work out right? And without hassle? 8) What kind of guarantee will they provide? Honestly, having dealt with Wayne Huller of RemodelMax for twelve years we can tell you he is our go-to guy in Baltimore. Without exception, Wayne and his crew have been people of integrity and with great workmanship. They showed up as promised, did the work right the first time and without a bunch of prodding from us (we are in CA so have dealt with Wayne remotely). They have completed each project as promised with fair pricing and no up-selling. If there was a choice between methods or products Wayne explained features/benefits of each and left the decision to us. When things needed adjustment they were quick to respond. Even during our sales listing process Wayneâ s assistant came out to the house a couple of times to deal with ADT issues that were not their responsibility (avoid ADT). Their guarantee is simple: they did the work to high standards the first time; if there are reasonable subsequent issues they have proven to be very reliable. What more could one say about a contractor. Our recommendation: Donâ t hire any home improvement contractor until you meet with Wayne Huller of RemodelMax.

When we had our deck constructed near the end of COVID, it quickly became one of our favorite places in the house. We loved the shape, style, size, and materials that Wayne helped us select. Fast forward to recently when we noticed that a few of the deck boards were beginning to sag. We contacted Wayne, and he promptly came out to assess the situation. A few days later, he and his team returned to make repairs. Just like that, our deck was back to normal, and we were as happy as the day it was originally completed.
When we first put the deck on, we were glad that we had gone with Remodel Max, and now, after this repair, we’re even happier to have worked with a company that stands behind their materials and workmanship! Thanks again, Remodel Max!

Over the years I have had many contractors work on my home. Remodel Max build my deck in two days. The deck is so beautiful that many of my neighbors has knocked on my door to ask who build my deck. I am so proud of my deck that I posted pictures on Facebook. I plan on remodeling my kitchen my bathroom and having my property fenced in in the future.
