Wayne and his team did an excellent job with remodeling our master bathroom, and it is simply gorgeous. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the care they took with us to make sure that everything was perfect and that we got exactly what we wanted. All this in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. They made sure that the workers entering the house wore masks.

Wayne and his team did a wonderful job on replacing the front siding on our home, they also had to rebuild the roof over the porch that was damaged from a tree falling on it, everything turned out beautiful and you would never know that t was ever damaged. I had a GREAT experience working with Wayne and everyone at Remodel Max. I had a new deck built and I could not be happier with the final product. They were on time, friendly and knew what they were doing. I was amazed at the attention to detail that they had and how they went above and beyond. I had wires from my AC unit that they bunched and tied all together. When that was not part of the job. They also didn't cut corners if something was wrong they let me know and we talked it out. We leveraged Wayne for a large scale kitchen remodel. Him and his team did a great job, especially during the current pandemic (COVID). This was my first renovation project with many pieces involved (deck board replacement, rock walls, sliding barn door, gate and fencing for pool area, plus building the siding for a hot tub), and Wayne was very patient with my inability to clearly state my vision, and he worked with me to get an amazing finished product. The men that I met while working on the project were very professional and contributed their own ideas to complete the projects.

Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future.
