Fantastic Service and Beautiful Work
My previously installed basement bathroom shower had started to leak under the floor boards, causing a mold problem. I wasn’t exactly sure to call because I’ve had only bad and mediocre experiences with contractors in the past. Luckily, a good friend of mine came to the rescue and recommended Wayne.
He and his crew were professional, trustworthy, and always kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on. They did a beautiful job taking the bathroom apart and putting it back together with a brand new floor.
It definitely gives me the desire to replace MORE things in my house, so I’m sure I’ll be keeping them busy!

Outstanding Craftsmanship and old school work ethic
Remodel Max just completed an exterior remodel and renovation of our older, shore home. The whole experience from the initial meeting with Wayne to final completion was smooth and just an unexpected wonderful experience. Wayne is an honest and personable individual who works with you to get the results that you want. A refreshing, no hassel approach. The workers were true craftsman. The quality of their work was just outstanding. They paid attention to even the small details and the result was a beautiful look that exceeded our expectations. They worked extremely hard to get the job done in the proposed time frame. The men were also just as friendly and genuinely nice as Wayne. I highly recommend RemodelMax and we will use them again for future renovation projects. And the price was very reasonable: For the quality of the work done, I think it was a bargain.

I love my bathroom!
My bathroom was in terrible shape and was in dire need of a complete overhaul. Wayne and his crew ripped everything out and started from scratch. For the first time in the 12 years I have owned my house I am completely happy with my bathroom. They did a wonderful job and it is just beautiful.
It took me quite a long time to settle on a contractor for the job. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past and was a little gun shy. After getting several recommendations from some neighbors I decided to email Wayne Huller and tell him what I was looking for. Then came my first surprise- he emailed me back promptly then called to set up an appointment with me. Throughout the entire project Wayne always returned phone calls and emails right away, something that I had certainly never experienced with any other contractor I dealt with. That first response was a good omen of things to come!
Wayne and his crew were always completely professional and courteous. I had no qualms at all about them working in my house while I was out and would welcome any of them back for future projects. (Which I am already planning and saving for!)
The only problem with my beautiful new bathroom is that it makes the rest of the house pale in comparison! I wholeheartedly recommend Remodel Max for any projects and I will certainly be going back to them in the future.

Service/Quality Above and Beyond Expectation
We had an arson fire that completely destroyed a wonderful Patterson Park area home we owned. The private insurance adjustor we hired recommended Wayne Huller from RemodelMax. We'd had recent very negative experience with several Baltimore contractors on another major remodel.
We checked the RemodelMax MHIC license and with the BBB - both checked out fine - and asked for a list of people for whom RemodelMax had done similar work. We called those people and asked them a ton of questions. We needed to know if they had dug up any dirt we couldn't find - none had. We asked if the company consistently showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done when promised and as expected. And we asked what seemed to us to be the two most important questions: first, were they pleased with the results; and second, if we could come and see it for ourselves.
In all cases we got tremendously positive feedback about both RemodelMax and about Wayne Huller. His clients consistently described him as a man of his word (which certainly did not describe our previous contractors)!
We had a long list of RemodelMax clients and visited lots of them. We were pleased with what we saw, and heard rave reviews everywhere. A couple of them said they hit snags along the way that Wayne quickly jumped in to resolve in a way that was pleasing to the customer. We liked that.
We asked a bunch of questions about the quality of the workers and subcontractors and learned that they were all clean, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Through prior, painful experience we'd learned that, in Baltimore, the city is always watching, so a clean jobsite means no citations, and polite workers means no complaints from the neighbors.
We were also concerned not only about attention-to-detail, but thoroughness. We wanted to know if RemodelMax would actually complete the whole job, complete it on time, and not leave us hanging. Again, we heard only positives, and we saw it with our own eyes. It was clear, place after place we visited, that Wayne's clients LOVED the results. And they loved Wayne, and Willy, and the rest of his crew. We liked that.
Next step for us was to look at a contract. For us it was extremely important that every expectation we had was in writing, line-by-line, item-by-item. We think that's the smartest way to do a contract. Wayne was delighted with that. He told us it made his job much easier because the expectations of both parties were put down on paper - leaving nothing to argue about later. We liked that, too, and so we went to work on the plans and contract.
Another thing that turned out to be very important in this process was communication. Wayne was very good about keeping us informed about where they were in the process. And he actually returned our phone calls - what a concept! As we made some tweaks to the plan during construction, Wayne was patient and again very adept at advising us wisely - and not gouging us if we added something.
The end result was that we got more than we ever expected. Our "up from the ashes" project is a beautiful new light-filled home with 3BR/2.5BA, and a kitchen to die for because it was so well planned. We love the house and so has everyone who has seen it. As a matter of fact, the first family who saw the house rushed with the property manager to make sure they were the one who got to lease it. That worked for us!
Now, over a year later, the house has performed as promised, we have a happy tenant, and we hired RemodelMax to work on another property of ours. Can't think of a better way to recommend someone than to say we hired them a second time.
IN SUMMARY: We highly recommend RemodelMax. If Wayne Huller gives his word you can take it to the bank as gospel truth!

Totally NEW HOME
Our remodeling project actually turned into a totally rebuilt home. The only thing that is original is two outside walls and the foundation. We are extremely happy with the results of our new home.
Wayne of Remodel Max has a company that will ensure that you are happy with the quality of the work. They actually go out of their way to please you.
Our house was finished in August of 2007, if you are interested in seeing their work, please call Wayne at Remodel Max and he can contact me and we'll set an appointment for you to view. The only reason I recommend Wayne attend is to answer any technical questions you may have.

Yellow House in the Woods
Wayne Huller and his crew from Remodel Max lead us through a major renovation.
Our quaint but out-dated home in the woods had no work done on it in over 50 years and was in sore need of repair. We tore off half an attic and added a second story. With the extra space, we made major changes on the ground level. We put in a wonderful ductless air conditioning system and heat pump,(ask Wayne about it), upgraded bathrooms, closets, windows and doors, gutters, siding; the whole works. Best of all, we finished on budget.
Ask Wayne about the new insulated siding that he installed and the never-clean gutters. Now after the first winter, even with extra floorspace, we have a significantly lower heating bill.
All along the way, we worked together to come up with a solid plan, and the results came in with quality and care at every step. Stonework, plumbing, electric, kitchen, they did it all.
My wife and I heartily recommend Remodel Max.

Love My New Bathroom
Wayne Huller and company recently completed a totally redone bathroom and it is AWESOME. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Very easy to work with and trustworthy to be in my home while I am at work. He has excellent ideas for design and knows how to improvise. Loved his assistance with choice of tile, vanity and fixtures. And the workmanship is top of the line. Great Job!

Mr. Huller and his first rate crew worked with us from the design phase though the completion of a complicated addition and renovation. His suggestions improved our plans every step of the way. Wayne knows quality and value for the dollar. Our cramped and energy wasting 1950′s hovel was transformed into an efficient and stately residence. Thank you Remodelmax!

Happy Kitchen Man
Remodel Max’s entire staff were very professional, prompt and very very clean. We started the process of remodeling our kitchen by going to Home Depot where we were promptly told we couldn’t do what we wanted to do. Wayne came to our home at a time that was good for us and listened to what we wanted. Several days later he came back with a print out of our new kitchen, a time table for completion and a price. He completed the job on time and for the price he quoted us. Now we are cooking dinner every night in our dream kitchen and we couldn’t be happier.

Marion’s kitchen remodel
Mr Huller just completed my kitchen remodel.
I am very please and very satisfied with the quality and the professionalism of his work.
