At Remodel Max, we operate on two very important principals. First, start every project with a  ” Plan” and Second , “Work the Plan “. It’s just that simple!  Taking more time upfront planning creates a ”Complete” project that comes with a ”Complete” price.

Initial Visit

This is the part where you get to share your “Dreams and Visions” regarding your project. During this visit we work on getting to know each other a little better and try to get a feel of how Remodel Max can best help you with your  project. At this time the owner, Wayne Huller, will also answer any questions regarding Who we are?” and explain to you how the Remodel Max process works!

Preliminary Cost Estimate and Review

It has been our experience that although most clients know what they want, they don’t always know how much it’s going to cost.  With the information that we gather from the initial meeting we are able to help you develop a  cost estimate to help firm up your project’s scope and budget.

Planning and Design

With your project budget set, the design team at Remodel Max can develop computer generated elevations and floor plans of your project. Our team will also work side by side with you helping you choose your product selections and finalize the drawings. Now, with everything  finalized and the Complete price set,  the “Final Construction Agreement” can be drawn up.

Final Construction Agreement

“It’s time to sign! ” Your “Final construction Agreement” is presented along with the final design plans and product selections.

Project Production

To complete any project communication is a must!  We  start off with a pre-construction meeting. Our team will meet to discuss your project timeline, working hours,  parking arrangements, pet concern’s , dumpster location, etc…  We continue our communication  with weekly meetings  to review project progress. During these meeting’s we will  address any possible questions and or concerns that you might have.

We finish up with a final walk through  which  includes a quick completion of any punch list.
